Here at CRNFRD. we offer a comprehensive flat rate worldwide delivery service. This means we offer TAX FREE shopping for everyone ordering outside the EU, the tax will be deducted in the checkout process before payment.
Any customs or import duties are charged when the order is at its destination country. These charges (if any) must be paid by the receiver of the parcel. We have no control or say in the charges of customs and import duties and cannot in anyway tell you the cost before hand.
For International Order, the customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Delivery options have been put in place where each and every parcel is sent with the customer satisfaction and reassurance that the products being delivered are to the correct address and on time.
Any orders made on a working day (Monday-Friday) before 1pm GMT will be shipped the same day, unless:
-Order details have not passed security checks
-It is a UK National Holiday such as Bank Holiday, Easter, Chirstmas etc.
-Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are cannot change the delivery address once the parcel is on its way.
-Orders can only be sent to UK addresses for current stages. Please check back for further notice about Worldwide Delivery.
-Orders placed after 1pm will be sent out the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
-All first orders that are going to a different delivery address may take longer to process. We advise all first orders ought to go your Billing or Business address.
-If you are away from the delivery address Royal Mail will leave a card to allow you to re-book the delivery or allow you to pick the parcel up from your local branch. Royal Mail may also attempt to deliver to a near by neighbor, rather then redelivering the next day.
-We do not ship to any PO BOX addresses
-WE reserve the right to charge the full amount paid initially to re-send the parcel if the customer is unable to take delivery and the parcel is returned to us. Once items have been returned all products will be put back in stock and your account will be credited for the amount of all product minus the delivery cost and the fee Royal Mail charge us to send the parcel back. You will have to therefore re-order the items you wish to purchase.
-If the customer inputs any wrong information in the delivery address after the parcel has been sent out, we will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery and the customer will have to try and retrieve the parcel him or herself at own cost.
Proof of Delivery
-We require a signature for most items being delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes over to you. If the parcel is sent to a different address then the individual that sign for the delivery confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
