-If you are not completely satisfied with the products within 14 days of purchase for any reason, you can send the items back in the original condition and packaging free of charge using myHermes and will be happy to refund the money.
-Please ensure the returned form has been filled in correctly with the Order No. correctly entered. The form can be downloaded here. Please print out and enclose with the parcel.
Conditions of Return for UK Orders
-You must ensure that all the products are not damaged, marked in anyway, washed, visibly worn, smells of smoke, perfume, aftershave washing powder or in any condition that has been altered from the original form which could be deemed unsalable.
-All products must be returned as bought with all labeling, swing tags, branding, bags and with all marketing specific to the item. When buying any footwear the show box and interior packaging MUST be included without any damage as this means the product cannot be resold as we don’t keep spare boxes and packaging.
-Returned products must include completed form and in the original packaging which was sent out. Absolutely everything must be sent back.
Returning Process for UK Orders
We use myHermes for our returns, as they are a trusted household name with over 2000 local stores nationwide. Most Store are open till late meaning no more lining up at peak times at the Post Office. Please follow the steps below:
1, Please contact the Support Team (email@example.com) to give them your Name, address and what you are returning, as they will send you the returns label.
2, Fill out Returns Form and add to the parcel.
3, Print out the returns label and attach on the parcel
4, Use the shop locator to find you’re nearest store on http://bit.ly/1dVEbYr
5, Drop at your local store and collect the receipt
-You must retain the receipt of posting to prove that you have returned the parcel. It is your responsibility until we receive it. We will then give you confirmation that we have received the parcel and what the next stage is.
Returning Process for International Orders
All International orders are paid for by the recipient and should ensure safe packaging with all relevant product packaging.
Most importantly, the package must be marked with ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to both the parcel and all paperwork to ensure no customs and import charges are incurred.
You MUST complete and enclose the return form that you can download here. Without this form, we have no idea who the package is from and the return will cannot be processed.
